Art prints are printed to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and delivery.
DELIVERY INFORMATION: ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery though most items are delivered within 7-14 working days.
DELIVERY INFORMATION: T-SHIRTS UK
All UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivery then takes 1-3 working days.
DELIVERY INFORMATION: T-SHIRTS INTERNATIONAL
All orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days, please allow up to 30 days for delivery though most items are delivered within 7-14 working days.
Please note that T- Shirts and prints are produced and dispatched by separate suppliers and may arrive at different times even if ordered together.
***INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that your country may have Import and Custom’s fees. We have no control over these fees and don’t have info on how fees work in different countries. The customs department in your country may require you to pay import fees when you receive your package. ***
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 14 day return policy for products bought from this site, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at minigabiworld@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as downloadable products, custom products, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping of refunded items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
